Senior Sales Specialist – Diabetes Management (Abu Dhabi & Dubai)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to drive sales and market expansion for our Diabetes Management Device across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role focuses on strategic account development, clinical support, and strengthening relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, diabetes educators, hospital procurement teams and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Lead account planning and territory strategies for diabetes business line.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical education.
- Identify new business opportunities, tenders, and market gaps.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices or pharma; diabetes management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of glucose monitoring systems, insulin delivery technologies, and diabetes care pathways.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
