Establishes weekly sales plans and prioritizes and schedules own activities to reach the targets
Ensures that he possesses full product knowledge of all relevant SKUs
Coaches distributors sales representatives on selling skills, product knowledge and applications to help them achieve their sales targets
Co-ordinates with distributors, direct customers and relevant people in the organization to ensure smooth operations
