Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows tailored to four distinct lines of business, incorporating niche practices, contract variations, and country-specific complexities to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize Apex to build specialized business workflows, tools, and capabilities, integrating subsystems for sub-business units to enable comprehensive business functionality.
- Architect data structures, perform data mapping, and manage ingestions from third-party sources, combining them with internally entered data (e.g., from LinkedIn or resumes), while incorporating third-party modules such as Bullhorn and TalentRover.
- Create and package custom solutions for deployment on the Salesforce App Exchange, expanding support to a fifth line of business through scalable, integrated applications.
- Implement complex integrations with external systems, ensuring high-performance connectivity and data flow across diverse ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in Apex development with a focus on building custom applications.
- Expertise in handling complex integrations within the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or equivalent engineering-focused credentials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for advanced data management and warehousing.
- Familiarity with Agentforce, including wrappers around AI agents, Salesforce's AI-driven products, data stores, and warehousing capabilities, with the ability to communicate application features and CI/CD processes effectively.
- Strong background in core Salesforce tools and capabilities, including Tableau for analytics, DocuSign for document management, Slack for collaboration, and ChatGPT integrations for enhanced productivity.
- Active involvement in the Salesforce community or extensive Salesforce experience.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud ecosystem and its services for customer-centric solutions.
