Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote)

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that drive customer engagement, streamline business processes, and ensure seamless integration across our CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and custom objects.
• Implement automation, business logic, and data integrity across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Integration & API Development

• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, or Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Maintain data synchronization and consistency between Marketing Cloud and CRM.

Experience Cloud Customization

• Develop and enhance Experience Cloud sites/portals for partners, vendors, and clients.
• Configure site access, security, and permissions following best practices.

Sales Cloud Optimization

• Enhance Lead, Opportunity, and Account Management workflows.
• Implement analytics, automation, and Einstein insights for improved efficiency.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Partner with Business Analysts, Consultants, and Admins to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, configurations, and releases.

Testing & Deployment

• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and CI/CD deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with proficiency in LWC and Apex.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and security models (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.
