About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Salesforce System Administrator
with strong
Lightning development capabilities
to lead the evolution of our CRM landscape and directly support business growth.
This is a
high-impact, hybrid Admin + Developer role
where you will own the Salesforce platform end-to-end—optimizing sales processes, enabling data-driven decisions, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance productivity across the organization.
You will work closely with
Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership teams
to translate business needs into robust Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the Salesforce platform

User management, roles, profiles, permissions, and security model
-
System configuration, data integrity, and environment management
-
Design and implement scalable solutions on Lightning Platform
-
Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
-
Build custom objects, validation rules, and automation
-
Drive sales process optimization
-
Enhance lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline visibility
-
Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting capabilities
-
Partner with business stakeholders
-
Gather requirements from Sales and Customer teams
-
Translate business needs into technical solutions
-
Manage integrations and data flows
-
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, contact center, marketing tools)
-
Ensure data consistency and reliability across platforms
-
Deliver insights and reporting
-
Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making
-
Enable leadership visibility on KPIs and performance
-
Ensure platform performance and governance
-
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and manage releases

Enforce best practices in development, security, and data governance
Requirements
-
Experience:
-
3+ years
of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Admin + Development)
-
Proven experience in
Lightning Platform development
-
Technical Skills:
-
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configuration
-
Experience with
Sales Cloud
, including pipeline management and forecasting

Solid understanding of
data models, security architecture, and automation tools

Business Acumen:

Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM lifecycle, and revenue operations
-
Ability to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives end-to-end
Nice-to-Have

Experience with
API integrations
(REST/SOAP) and middleware tools

Experience in insurance, financial services, or high-growth environments

Knowledge of Salesforce reporting tools, Tableau, or Power BI
