We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on experience in Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SF solutions to meet business requirements and drive HR digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP SF EC and Compensation modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure business rules, workflows, and data models in EC and Compensation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors.
Conduct system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide post-go-live support and resolve user issues.
Prepare documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related field.
6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central and Compensation.
SAP SF certification in EC and/or Compensation is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience with integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
