Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant – Group Reporting with extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will play a critical role in designing and implementing Group

Reporting processes, including Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation (ICMR), ensuring accurate, automated, and compliant group consolidation across entities. This role requires both functional expertise and deep technical configuration skills in SAP Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Group Reporting within S/4HANA.
• Configure and optimize SAP ICMR (Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation), including:
• Matching methods (rules, tolerances, grouping logic).
• Reconciliation cases (AR/AP, GL/GL, manual adjustments, etc.).
• Workflows for dispute and clearing management.
• Ensure accurate integration of data sources (e.g., ACDOCA, ACDOCA_COPA) into ICMR and Group Reporting.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations across multiple company codes, ledgers, and currencies.
• Design and implement automation for matching, posting, and clearing processes.
• Support group financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to align system capabilities with business requirements.
• Provide documentation, end-user support, and knowledge transfer.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 7–10 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2+ years of direct experience with Group Reporting and ICMR in S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in Group Reporting configuration and ICMR setup.
• Deep knowledge of SAP universal journal and reporting tables (ACDOCA, ACDOCA_COPA, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations across entities, ledgers, and currencies.
• Hands-on experience with automation design for financial reconciliation and consolidation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior project experience in the UAE or GCC region.
• Egyptian nationality preferred.
• SAP Certifications in FICO, Group Reporting, or S/4HANA Finance are an advantage.
