SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) Lead-Manager

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP PMGM (Performance and Goal Management) Lead to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP PMGM processes as part of a major SAP transformation program. This role will focus on goal setting, performance appraisals, calibration, talent reviews, and integration with Employee Central, enabling effective performance management and HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PMGM solutions to support performance and goal management processes.
  • Manage end-to-end processes for goal setting, performance appraisals, calibration sessions, and talent reviews.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP PMGM with Employee Central and other HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to performance and goal management processes, ensuring system reliability and data accuracy.
  • Provide expertise in SAP PMGM functionality and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities for PMGM solutions.
  • Generate and deliver reports on performance metrics, goal achievement, and calibration outcomes to support HR decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and goal management processes and system capabilities.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in SAP PMGM implementation, configuration, and management, with a focus on performance appraisals, goal setting, and talent reviews.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in SAP PMGM modules and integration with Employee Central.
  • Proficiency in goal setting, performance appraisals, calibration, and talent review processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management is an advantage.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address system and process challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, regulations, and industry standards related to performance and goal management processes.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing SAP implementation projects, including testing, deployment, and support.

  • Preferred Qualifications:


  • SAP certification in Performance and Goal Management modules.
  • Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of global performance management and talent review processes.
