Senior SAP Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Senior SAP Finance Specialist to be assigned to our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities in engineering or business administration (Preferably Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, etc.)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the SAP finance-related roles.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Financial modules (FI, CO, AA, TRM, etc.) including process design, analysis, configuration (customizing), and implementation
• Knowledge and experience in SAP module integrations (e.g., FI-CO, FI-MM, CO-PP, FI-SD, etc.)
• Capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Possesses team leadership skills, has managed teams before, and can work collaboratively within a team
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Requirements:

• Capable of managing process design, implementation, improvement, and support activities
• Actively involved in end-to-end implementation processes in SAP projects (analysis, design, testing, training, go-live, and support)
• Strong relationship management skills and high communication abilities
• Able to coordinate with outsourcing partners, consultancy firms, or SAP partners when necessary
• Take an active part in rollout projects
• Understand business processes and facilitate customer’s business needs/requirements gathering to propose a high-level solution
• Resolve incident and change requests
• Perform analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and documentation of SAP solutions
