Experience: 7+Skills: HANA/ASE / addition DB Skills are a big plus like IQ / SRS / ASE, SAP Product suite knowledge About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP HANA Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in database operations, automation, and global support environments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations of SAP HANA systems, optimize performance, and contribute to process improvements across our infrastructure landscape.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end database administration and operational support for SAP HANA systems.
• Manage DB installations, upgrades, and configurations, ensuring stability and high performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts/tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Optimize and tune systems for maximum performance and reliability.
• Maintain documentation for day-to-day operations, system changes, and performance reports.
• Support global operations teams, ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct system performance analysis and identify proactive measures for improvement.
• Implement and manage backup/recovery strategies, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend maintenance tasks as required.
• Drive global knowledge transfer and best practices within international teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as a HANA/ASE Database Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of database concepts, including IQ, SRS, and ASE.
• Experience in SAP Product Suite and Basis knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability in automation tools, scripting, and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience in DB security, performance tuning, replication, and system copies.
• Good understanding of server-client computing and relational databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP or ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹6,500.00 per day
