Senior SAP SD Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution to join our IT and Business Applications team. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SD processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and driving system enhancements in alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD module implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
• Configure and customize core SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, shipping, credit, and returns management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, VMS, etc.) to ensure seamless process integration.
• Provide day-to-day end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments and coordinate with technical teams.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Deliver training sessions and prepare documentation for business stakeholders.
• Participate in SAP rollouts, system upgrades, and S/4HANA migration projects.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, including at least 2 years in S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in full lifecycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support.
• Strong experience in pricing procedures, output determination, master data management, and special business processes (consignment, intercompany, third-party sales).

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module functionality and integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD innovations, including Fiori apps.
• Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting configuration and process issues.
• Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, and interface processes (advantageous).

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified Application Associate – Sales and Distribution (SAP S/4HANA).
• Additional SAP certifications are a plus.
