Organization Development.

Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and implementation.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure all teams are productive and time-boxed.

Keep track of Impediments and resolutions to boost productivity and ensure project goals are met.

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain alignment with business goals.

Adopt Agile principles to enhance the continuous delivery of value.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the technology development field including 3 years minimum as a scrum master

Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices

Proficiency in Agile Management Tool

Experience using Jira's most top used plugins such as (Zephyer scale, eazyBI, Jira Timeline, Structured, Jira Automate, Git Integration) is a plus
