Senior SEM (PPC + SEO) - Growth Marketing Manager

We have invested heavily in digital marketing over the past decade and are now seeking a high-level operator who can take full ownership of our SEM ecosystem and produce measurable, scalable results.

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior-level SEM expert and Growth Marketer who can execute, optimize, and scale across SEO, PPC, and conversion-focused web infrastructure.

This is not a coordinator role. This is a hands-on, performance-driven position for someone who understands how to generate ROI - not just traffic.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all paid advertising channels (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, Bing, etc.)
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites and industries
  • Continuously optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and user experience
  • Analyze and improve CAC, ROAS, CRO, and LTV performance
  • Identify bottlenecks across the full funnel and implement solutions
  • Build, test, and iterate on campaigns using a data-driven approach
  • Manage tracking infrastructure (GA4, pixels, attribution tools)
  • Collaborate on offer development, messaging, and positioning
  • Provide clear reporting with actionable insights - not vanity metrics
  • Lead digital marketing strategy: planning, scripting, directing, and sometimes filming the advertising marketing visuals across platforms
  • Collaborate with in-house and third-party content creators to ensure seemless and synergistic digital marketing efforts

Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, etc)
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO (on-page, technical, and off-page)
  • Must be current on the latest trends and algorithm changes across:
  • SEO
  • PPC
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Website performance and UX/UI
  • Proven ability to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs

Website & Platform Requirements

  • Must be capable of updating, optimizing, and maintaining:
  • WordPress websites
  • Shopify websites
  • Wix websites
  • Experience with:
  • Landing page builders
  • Site speed optimization
  • Basic HTML/CSS (preferred)
  • Technical CRM (High Level and Dubsado) modification experience (preferred)
  • A/B testing tools

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of measurable success (must provide examples)
  • Minimum 3–5+ years hands-on SEM experience
  • Experience managing meaningful ad budgets ($50K+ per month)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data
  • Ability to operate independently without oversight
