Responsibilities:
- Help define performance marketing strategy across Forbes Advisor verticals.
- Build, execute and optimise performance marketing activities with direct responsibility for results
- Maintain and monitor bidding strategies, targeting settings, budgets, search terms and other important account metrics on existing and new categories.
- Manage the creation of large keyword lists
- Implement creative copy suggestions
- Define campaign budgets, align campaign goals and ensure search campaigns meet best practice principles.
- Ensure campaigns deliver positive ROI to achieve desired results.
- Continually expand and optimize paid keyword discovery.
- Research and analyse competitor advertising links.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 4+ Years proven SEM experience of successfully managing campaigns across Google and Bing.
- In depth experience with smart bidding strategies – tCPA and tROAS
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Well-versed in performance marketing٫ conversion٫ and online audience acquisition.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Understanding of reporting as per Campaign KPIs - Lead Generation, CPL, Conversion, CPA.
- Should possess excellent quantitative and analytical abilities, with an affinity to work
on large datasets. And should be able to generate actionable insights from data analysis that translates to valuable marketing decisions.
- Proven knowledge of website structure and design, as well as marketing strategies and workflow models.
- Comfortable with navigating ambiguity on new projects/markets and able to run seamless operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
