Senior SEO & AEO Specialist

NIGHT SHIFT (ONSITE ROLE)
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO & AEO Specialist to lead organic growth across search engines and AI-driven answer platforms. The role focuses on improving rankings, increasing traffic, and optimizing content for both traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute SEO strategy (On-page, Technical, Off-page)
● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
● Optimize website structure, meta tags, and internal linking
● Implement schema markup and structured data
● Optimize content for featured snippets, voice search, and AI search results
● Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance reports
● Work closely with content and web development teams

Requirements
● 4+ years of SEO experience
● Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA)
● Experience with technical SEO and schema implementation
● Understanding of AI search and AEO strategies
● Analytical and performance-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
