Senior SEO & Content Strategist - Multi-Project Portfolio

About the Role

We're building a portfolio of digital properties across multiple high-potential niches and need an experienced SEO & content strategist to help us scale organic growth efficiently.

You'll work alongside our existing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive rankings, traffic, and conversions across our entire portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple web properties simultaneously
• Produce 20-30 high-quality, search-optimized pages per month using AI-assisted workflows
• Identify quick-win opportunities and prioritize projects based on ROI potential
• Build topical authority through strategic content clusters and internal linking
• Collaborate with our technical team on implementation and performance tracking
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions across portfolio
• Scale content production while maintaining quality and brand voice

Each property has unique positioning and audience, requiring strategic thinking and adaptability.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• 5+ years proven SEO experience with portfolio of ranked sites
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Expert knowledge of AI-assisted content creation (while maintaining quality)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
• Experience with Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, Analytics
• Track record of achieving Page 1 rankings in competitive niches
• Based in Dubai/UAE or willing to relocate immediately

Nice to Have:

• Experience with programmatic SEO
• Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace SEO
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Arabic)
• Familiarity with Laravel-based websites

What Success Looks Like

• 60 Days: 5-10 properties showing ranking improvements
• 90 Days: Measurable traffic and lead generation increases
• 6 Months: Portfolio-wide organic growth momentum established
