Senior SEO Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical SEO Specialist with experience working on

US-based websites and clients. The role focuses on improving site health, crawlability,

indexation, performance, and technical foundations that support ranking growth, organic

sessions, and revenue on money pages.

You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure the

website’s technical SEO supports scalable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues related to:

○ Crawlability and indexation

○ Site architecture and internal linking

○ Page speed and Core Web Vitals

○ JavaScript SEO, rendering, and logs (if applicable)

● Implement or coordinate fixes with developers for technical SEO issues.

● Monitor and improve:

○ Organic sessions

○ Index coverage and crawl efficiency

○ Performance on revenue-driving pages

● Optimize site structure, URLs, canonicalization, pagination, and faceted navigation.

● Manage redirects, migrations, and site changes without traffic loss.

● Ensure correct implementation of:

○ Schema markup

○ XML sitemaps

○ Robots.txt and noindex/nofollow rules

● Track performance using tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

● Support SEO experiments and testing initiatives.

Requirements

● 3+ years of experience in Technical SEO.

● Proven experience working with US clients or US websites.

● Strong understanding of:

○ Crawling, indexing, and rendering

○ Core Web Vitals and performance optimization

○ JavaScript SEO and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) — a plus

● Hands-on experience with tools like:

○ Google Search Console

○ GA4

○ Screaming Frog

○ Ahrefs / SEMrush

● Ability to work with developers and explain technical issues clearly.

● Excellent English communication skills.

● Must be able to work on-site from our Johar Town office.

Nice to Have

● Experience with large or complex sites (eCommerce, SaaS, marketplaces).

● Log file analysis experience.

● Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom stacks.

Timings: 4pm - 1am ( with 1 hour break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
