We are expanding our SEO department and looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead and manage advanced SEO strategies. Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve measurable business goals.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
• Oversee technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for site performance and ranking improvements.

Content & Optimization

• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-driven content strategies.
• Ensure on-page SEO best practices including metadata, internal linking, schema, and mobile optimization.
• Optimize landing pages and website content for conversions and search visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs, monitor performance, and deliver in-depth SEO reports to management.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Provide actionable insights to improve rankings and ROI.

Off-Page SEO & Outreach

• Lead link-building campaigns, outreach, and digital PR activities.
• Build relationships with publishers, influencers, and industry websites.

Team Collaboration

• Mentor junior SEO executives and interns.
• Share best practices and ensure quality standards across the SEO team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong command of SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
