Senior SEO Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior SEO Executive with a strong background in agency-based SEO, specializing in AEO and AI-driven SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience working in a digital marketing agency environment, a solid academic foundation, and a passion for innovation in the ever-evolving SEO landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies that improve search visibility, rankings, and organic traffic for client websites.
• Implement AEO-focused optimization to enhance visibility on AI-driven platforms and voice search results.
• Leverage AI tools and SEO automation practices to enhance keyword targeting, content optimization, and performance tracking.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, and schema markup for improved relevance and crawlability.
• Oversee technical SEO audits, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide actionable solutions.
• Manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and digital PR initiatives.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with SEO objectives.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search evolution, and industry best practices to refine ongoing strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive SEO reports and performance insights for clients and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AEO and implementing AI-driven SEO practices.
• Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
• Up-to-date knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Familiarity with content optimization for AI search, including ChatGPT and SGE (Search Generative Experience).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and deliver results within deadlines.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
