Senior SEO Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated SEO Executive with 4 years of hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and a basic understanding of Local SEO. The ideal candidate should be capable of improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and implementing SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage off-page SEO activities, including link building, outreach, guest posting, and brand mentions.
• Perform technical SEO audits and fix issues related to site speed, indexing, crawl errors, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and mobile optimization.
• Monitor and improve on-page and off-page SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Assist with Local SEO activities such as Google Business Profile optimization, local citations, and NAP consistency.
• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting organic search performance.
• Conduct competitor analysis and backlink audits.
• Track keyword rankings and prepare SEO performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of Off-Page SEO techniques and backlink strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Technical SEO (site audits, indexing, speed optimization, schema basics).
• Basic understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
