Senior SEO Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, improving search rankings, and executing successful SEO strategies across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies.
• Lead On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO initiatives.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Optimize websites, landing pages, blogs, and content for maximum search visibility.
• Plan and execute high-quality link-building campaigns.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with development teams for implementation.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Manage Local SEO and International SEO campaigns.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of proven hands-on SEO experience
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture
• Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms
• Understanding of content marketing and SEO copywriting
• Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Experience managing SEO campaigns for international markets

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
