Senior SEO Lead – AI & Generative Search Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Next-Gen Senior SEO Lead who doesn't just rank keywords but dominates Generative AI Search (SGE/GEO). The ideal candidate must have a experience for the jackets niche, moving beyond traditional SEO to capture organic sales through AI Overviews, Visual Search, and high-intent user journeys. If you know how to make a leather jacket trend on both Google and AI platforms, we want you.

Key Responsibilities:

• GEO & SGE Strategy: Develop frameworks to ensure our products appear in AI Overviews and Generative Engine results.
• Intent-Based Optimization: Move beyond volume-based keywords to "High-Intent" search patterns that lead directly to checkout.
• Entity-Based SEO: Build topical authority for the brand by linking products, movies, and materials (Leather, Fleece, Wool) in a way that Google’s Knowledge Graph understands.
• Technical Excellence: Manage core web vitals, advanced Schema Markup (Product, Review, FAQ), and crawl budget for large-scale e-commerce stores.
• Seasonal Agility: Lead SEO sprints for seasonal drops (Winter collections) and pop-culture trends (Movie/Gaming jackets) with rapid indexing strategies.
• Conversion-First Content: Collaborate with writers to create "Helpful Content" that satisfies Google’s EEAT guidelines and converts "browsers" into "buyers."
• Competitor Warfare: Use advanced data to outmaneuver big players in the premium outerwear space.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years in E-commerce SEO, specifically in Apparel/Jackets (Must show rank growth for "Leather Jackets," "Cosplay Outfits," etc.).
• AI Search Mastery: Practical understanding of how Google SGE, Perplexity, and GEO affect e-commerce visibility.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Expert in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, with the ability to turn "Data" into "Dollar Growth."
• Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with WooCommerce and Shopify architecture.
• EEAT Specialist: Experience in building brand trust through high-quality backlink profiles and "Human-First" content strategies.
• Rock and Roll Energy: A proactive leader who can talk technical with seo/geo team, devs and creative with designers.
