At Acrosoft Pvt Ltd, we are building innovative digital products to empower professionals worldwide. We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy, drive high-quality traffic, and strengthen the online presence of our products across global markets.


Key Responsibilities:


SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored for SaaS and product-based platforms.

Optimize websites, landing pages, and blogs for organic growth.

Build keyword strategies for highly competitive markets.


On-Page & Technical SEO

Conduct comprehensive site audits and implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, schema markup, Core Web Vitals).

Ensure mobile-first optimization and SEO compliance in product development.


Content Strategy & Optimization

Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly content.

Build pillar content and topic clusters for specific product-related niches.

Optimize existing content for rankings, conversions, and SERP features.


Off-Page SEO & Link Building

Develop link-building strategies via guest posting, PR outreach, and partnerships.

Improve domain authority and search visibility.


Analytics & Reporting

Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, bounce rates, CTR, and conversions.

Use SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) for insights.


Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists.

Work closely with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to align SEO with business goals.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Organic Traffic Growth: Achieve a 30–40% increase in organic traffic within the first 12 months.

Keyword Rankings: Ensure 50% of targeted high-volume keywords rank in the top 10 positions within 9–12 months.

Domain Authority (DA): Improve DA by +10 points in the first year through quality link-building.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Achieve a 20% increase in organic conversions (signups, downloads, or applications).

Content Performance: Ensure 70% of new content pieces rank in the top 20 within 3 months of publishing.

Page Load Speed & Core Web Vitals: Maintain website performance with an average page load time under 3 seconds.

Bounce Rate: Reduce bounce rate on product landing pages by 15% within 6 months.

Team Development: Successfully build and lead an SEO team, with defined SOPs, by the end of the first year.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of proven SEO experience (with at least 3 years in a senior/managerial role).

Strong technical SEO, on-page/off-page expertise, and content optimization.

Experience in SaaS or global product-based companies is preferred.

Familiarity with global SEO trends, schema, and multi-regional SEO.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
