Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience to lead and execute advanced search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving keyword rankings, managing technical SEO, and mentoring junior team members.
This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Google algorithms, and proven experience in competitive niches.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
Optimize website structure, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals
Manage link-building campaigns and digital PR strategies
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush
Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams

• Stay updated with latest Google algorithm updates
• Guide and mentor junior SEO team members

Requirements:
5+ years of proven SEO experience
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms & ranking factors
Hands-on experience with Technical SEO (Schema, Indexing, Crawling, Page Speed)
Experience in Local SEO, SaaS SEO, and eCommerce SEO is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and reporting skills

• Experience working with WordPress and CMS platforms

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools
Experience with international SEO & multi-location SEO

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript SEO impact
• Content optimization and conversion-focused SEO
