Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of organic growth strategies, content-driven SEO, and lead-focused optimization for educational products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities
• Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with EdTech programs, courses, and learner intent
• Optimize website structure, landing pages, blogs, and course pages for search engines
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices
• Monitor and improve site performance, indexing, crawlability, and page speed
• Handle link-building strategies, outreach, and backlink audits
• Track SEO performance using tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Analyze competitors and industry trends in the EdTech domain
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of On-page SEO, Off-page SEO & Technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Ubersuggest
• Experience optimizing for lead generation and conversions
• Understanding of content marketing & blog optimization
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, schema markup, and site architecture (basic to intermediate)
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of SEO experience
• At least 1–2 years of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic
