About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute advanced search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and driving measurable business growth through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience managing SEO campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website structure, content, and technical performance for search engines.
• Lead on-page and off-page SEO activities including link-building campaigns.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawl errors, indexing, schema, etc.).
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams for SEO integration.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of proven experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and website architecture.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with EdTech or marketplace platforms.
• Understanding of international SEO and multilingual websites.
• Familiarity with content marketing strategy.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring junior SEO executives.
