Senior SEO Specialist

Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior SEO Specialist with strong expertise in both traditional SEO and modern AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). The ideal candidate should understand how search behavior is shifting toward AI-driven platforms, featured answers, and Google’s evolving ranking systems.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just “do SEO,” but understands how to make content rank across search engines and AI answer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies for web projects
• Optimize websites for search engines and AI-based answer engines (AEO)
• Improve rankings in Google organic search and featured snippets
• Perform keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits
• Build authority through on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Optimize content for AI visibility (ChatGPT-style search, Google SGE, featured answers)
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on data

Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO experience (technical + on-page + off-page)
• Strong understanding of modern SEO trends and algorithm updates
• Experience with AEO / featured snippets / AI search optimization (preferred or strong understanding required)
• Ability to optimize content for search intent and answer-based queries
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
