Job Description:

IBR InfoTech is actively looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with a strong background in B2B marketing, specifically within the web and software development industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall SEO strategy to improve our organic presence and drive qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
• Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize content for both users and search engines.
• Analyze performance metrics and create regular reports to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Work closely with web developers and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices across digital channels.

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in in-house SEO, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven success in executing SEO strategies for web development or software development companies.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer personas.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Excellent understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Indore (on-site work only).
