Senior SEO Specialist (BPO / Outsourcing Industry)

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist who can develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, manage both on-page and off-page SEO, and continuously optimize our website for long-term growth.

The ideal candidate understands B2B SEO, has experience ranking service-based websites, and knows how to translate traffic into conversions.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a long-term SEO roadmap aligned with company revenue goals
  • Perform competitor analysis within the BPO / outsourcing space
  • Identify high-intent keywords and create ranking strategies for service and industry pages
  • Build topical authority through structured content clusters

Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular technical audits (crawl errors, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and URL structure
  • Implement schema markup (Organization, Service, FAQ, Article)
  • Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects
  • Monitor and optimize page speed performance

On-Page SEO

  • Optimize service pages, landing pages, and blog posts
  • Improve title tags, meta descriptions, header structure
  • Implement internal linking strategies
  • Optimize images, alt tags, and structured content
  • Improve conversion elements on key pages

Content Strategy & Optimization

  • Create content briefs based on keyword research
  • Work with writers (or write content if needed)
  • Optimize existing content for better rankings
  • Develop pillar pages and supporting cluster articles
  • Ensure content aligns with search intent and buyer journey

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

  • Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies
  • Conduct outreach for guest posts and digital PR
  • Identify partnership and backlink opportunities
  • Monitor backlink profile and disavow harmful links
  • Build authority in the outsourcing and CX industry

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4) & Search Console
  • Track keyword rankings and traffic performance
  • Monitor organic conversions and lead attribution
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Identify content and pages for ongoing optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years proven experience in SEO (B2B or service industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of both technical and content SEO
  • Experience ranking competitive keywords
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush
  • Screaming Frog
  • Keyword research tools
  • Knowledge of HTML basics and on-page optimization
  • Experience in link-building outreach
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with BPO, outsourcing, SaaS, or service-based businesses
  • Experience optimizing high-ticket B2B websites
  • Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
  • Basic understanding of AI-assisted SEO workflows
  • Experience managing or collaborating with content writers

  • Growth in organic traffic
  • Improvement in keyword rankings (high-intent terms)
  • Increase in qualified inbound leads
  • Improvement in conversion rates on service pages
  • Growth in high-quality backlinks

Within 6 months, we expect:

  • Measurable growth in organic traffic
  • Service pages ranking for competitive keywords

  • Consistent inbound lead generation from SEO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs223,082.32 - Rs418,279.35 per month
