Senior Server

Job Summary

The Senior Service Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality table service, handling premium and VIP guests, and supporting junior service staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations in a fine dining or full-service restaurant setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized table service to guests
• Handle VIP and high-value tables independently
• Support and guide junior Service Associates during shifts
• Ensure compliance with service SOPs, hygiene, and grooming standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
• Assist in accurate billing and POS handling

Experience & Requirements

• 04–05 years of experience in fine dining or full-service restaurants
• Strong guest-handling and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of service standards and menu presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

• restaurant industry: 2 years (Preferred)
