Senior Service Engineer

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on excavators.
• Supervise and guide junior service engineers and technicians.
• Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports.
• Conduct on-site inspections and emergency service calls when required.
• Support dealership sales team with technical insights and customer demos.
• Monitor service KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Pref

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment service, preferably excavators.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and electronic diagnostics.
• Familiarity with OEM service tools and software (e.g., JCB, CAT, Komatsu systems).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage service schedules efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for field service and training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
