Senior Service Engineer

• Visit customer sites to troubleshoot issues and resolve product-related problems Omicron products (HVAC, BMS, Sensors, Transmitters, Controllers, etc.).
• Handling and troubleshooting of Analog Input (AI – 4–20 mA), Analog Output (AO), Digital Output (DO), and related control signals.
• Perform calibration of HVAC instruments and Omicron products such as temperature sensors, humidity sensors, CO₂ sensors, pressure transmitters, airflow devices, etc.
• Handle calls related to customer complaints, provide quick solutions, and maintain service quality.
• Assist the Sales Team with technical queries related to all Omicron products (HVAC, BMS, Sensors, Transmitters, Controllers, etc.).
• Configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting using HART communication, including HART 575 communicator.
• Preparation of service reports, calibration certificates, and MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
• Participation in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities.
• Maintain proper records of all repaired transmitters, including serial numbers, issues found, and actions taken.
• Prepare service reports, calibration reports, and test certificates as per company standards.
• Ensure calibration is done as per SOPs, accuracy guidelines, and quality norms.

Skills & Qualifications

• ·Diploma / ITI / BE in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HVAC / BMS field instrumentation.·
• Strong knowledge of 4–20 mA loops, control wiring, and signal troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with HART-based instruments and Modbus-enabled devices.·
• Willingness to travel to sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
