Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer with strong technical expertise in clinical laboratory diagnostic equipment to join our technical support team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience servicing and troubleshooting Hematology Analyzers (5‑Part), Immunoassay Analyzers, and Fully Automatic Chemistry Analyzers.

This role requires a skilled biomedical or electronics professional capable of handling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced laboratory equipment while ensuring minimal downtime for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service Hematology Analyzers (5‑Part Differential)
• Handle technical support for Immunoassay Analyzers and Fully Automatic Chemistry Analyzers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory diagnostic instruments
• Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff when required
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and technical documentation
• Travel to customer sites outside Lahore for equipment servicing and troubleshooting when required
• Ensure timely resolution of service calls and maintain strong client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Education: BS, DAE, or equivalent in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in servicing laboratory diagnostic equipment
• Hands‑on experience with:
• Hematology Analyzer (5‑Part Differential)
• Immunoassay Analyzer
• Fully Automatic Chemistry Analyzer
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service visits efficiently
• Good communication and documentation skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PKR 65,000 – 125,000 per month (based on experience)
