Job Description

Devoteam is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on delivering high performing, scalable, and efficient applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc.), including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, conduct workshops, and translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Maintain system stability, security, and performance, including upgrades, patches, platform enhancements, and instance optimization.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (LDAP, Active Directory, third party tools) and leverage IntegrationHub and automation capabilities to streamline workflows.
Mentor and support junior team members, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide training on ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, including senior level responsibilities.
Strong hands on experience with ServiceNow development, customization, and integrations.
Expert in JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Workflows.
Experience delivering multi module ServiceNow projects and mentoring teams.
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Certifications
