We are looking for Senior ServiceNow Developers to join our ongoing ServiceNow implementation project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This will be a 6 months-extendable contract, hence looking for candidates available at a short-notice period, ideally immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in end-to-end design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow ITSM/SPM modules.

Develop and deploy solutions across core ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.

Collaborate closely with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and coding standards.

Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and support UAT activities.

Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2+ full-cycle ITSM/SPM implementations.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

Proven expertise in ITSM core modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management.

Practical experience with Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Omnichannel features.

Exposure to SPM (Project, Demand, Resource, and Idea Management) is highly desirable.

Experience working in large enterprise or public sector implementations in the Middle East (preferably KSA).

ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM/SPM) are preferred.
