Senior Shared Services officer

8+ years’ experience in shared services operations/performance, PMO, or cross-functional operations roles.

Proven experience running operating rhythm, performance dashboards (KPIs/SLAs), and driving action closure with senior stakeholders.

Exposure to at least two of the following domains: Finance, HR, Corporate Services (experience across all three is a strong advantage).

Strong governance/control discipline (Delegation of Authority awareness, documentation, audit evidence).
