Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Shopify Developer with deep expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and funnel optimization to maximize website performance and drive sales across our e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the latest design and development tools, including Replo and Figma, to create visually compelling and high-converting Shopify storefronts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize Shopify Stores: Build, maintain, and optimize custom Shopify themes and templates with a focus on enhancing user experience, maximizing conversion rates, and aligning with brand aesthetics and guidelines.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze customer behavior and website performance data to implement A/B tests, optimize user flows, and continuously improve the conversion rates of all Shopify stores.
• Funnel Development: Design and implement effective sales funnels that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, using data-driven insights and best practices.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to ensure cohesive and optimized design and functionality, leveraging tools like Replo and Figma for modern, responsive designs.
• Implement SEO and Security Best Practices: Ensure all Shopify stores are optimized for search engines and adhere to the latest security protocols to protect customer data and maintain site integrity.
• Stay Current with Shopify Updates: Keep all stores updated with the latest Shopify platform updates, features, and functionalities.
• Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support for troubleshooting and bug resolution, mentor junior developers, and conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Conduct Regular Audits: Perform quarterly audits of all Shopify stores to identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and implement changes to enhance site performance and conversion rates.
• Documentation and SOPs: Develop and maintain best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation to ensure streamlined workflows and processes.

Requirements

Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Shopify Developer with a strong focus on CRO and funnel optimization.

• Proficiency in developing and customizing Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages.
• Experience using Replo and Figma to create modern, visually appealing, and high-converting e-commerce designs.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, UX/UI design principles, and how to leverage these to drive sales and improve customer experience.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing SEO strategies and maintaining security best practices for Shopify websites.
• Ability to analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights to improve site performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
