Senior Site Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Site Architect to join our team. The Senior Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural aspects of site development and construction, ensuring that design integrity and project requirements are maintained throughout the execution phase. This role demands a deep understanding of architectural principles, strong leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural site activities from design development through to project completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with design specifications and client objectives.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure compliance with design documents and regulations.
• Address and resolve any design-related issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate execution of architectural plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and best practices to apply the latest standards to projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Masters is a plus.
• 10+ - 15 years of experience in architecture with a focus on site-based project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing construction projects and managing site activities.
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
