Job Title: Senior Site Architect

Company Overview:
We are excited to announce that DEC Dynamic Studio LLC is expanding its team and currently hiring for the role of Senior Site Architect. We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional based in the UAE, with strong site supervision expertise and proven experience in managing construction works in line with regulatory and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee architectural aspects of ongoing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design intent, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and site staff.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of design-related site issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience in architectural projects.
• Minimum 7 years of overall experience working in the UAE construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in villa/residential projects is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing complex architectural projects in the UAE.
