Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Site Architect to join our consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural site works, ensuring compliance with design intent, specifications, and local regulations. You will act as the main liaison between the design office and site execution teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of architectural works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect all architectural works on site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, structural, interior) to resolve site conflicts.
• Conduct regular site visits and issue observation reports.
• Provide technical guidance and support to contractors during construction.
• Attend progress and coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of site issues and design clarifications.
• Monitor progress and quality, and report to the Project Manager/Resident Engineer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural site supervision, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience working with consultancy firms (not contractors).
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, DM/DDA/Trakhees standards, and construction practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred:

• Dubai Municipality/Trakhees/SER/PMP Certification.
• Experience in high-rise, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
• Arabic language skills (not mandatory but a plus).
