Responsibilities of Site Architect

Site Architect is responsible for overseeing the design and execution of a construction project at the site level: HIGH RISE EXPERIENCE a must.

Below are his duties on site:

• Supervise the construction process to ensure that the design intent is implemented accurately.
• Address any issues or changes that arise during construction and make necessary adjustments.
• Generate design solutions that respond to the site conditions, project program, and client preferences.
• Present design options and collaborate with the client to ensure smooth construction process.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation until taking over.
