Job Title: Senior Site Architect
Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview:
We are seeking a technically strong and detail-driven Senior Site Architect to oversee on-site delivery of architectural and interior works for a flagship residential project. You will ensure design intent, build quality, and resolve technical issues during construction, working closely with the Interior Architect and Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard design intent across architecture and interiors throughout construction.
• Review and approve shop drawings, mock-ups, material submissions, and finishes.
• Resolve detailing and constructability issues while maintaining design quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage high-end finishes (stone, timber, bespoke joinery, glazing, metalwork, furniture).
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, and attend site meetings and inspections.
• Support authority inspections, respond to RFIs, and maintain site documentation.

Skills & Experience:

• Degree-qualified Architect.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience delivering luxury residential projects on site.
• Strong technical knowledge and detailing capability across architecture and interiors.
• Confident in reviewing shop drawings, materials, and bespoke fabrications.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and quality control.
• UAE experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to interpret and mark up detailed construction and interior drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows.
• Knowledge of premium materials and specialist trades.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
