Senior Site Engineer

ob Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fit-Out Engineer to lead and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of interior works (including MEP coordination), managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage interior fit-out works for commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical submittals.
• Prepare work schedules, method statements, and detailed execution plans.
• Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with contract documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and materials procurement.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and proactively manage risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE policies.
• Manage project documentation, including RFI logs, material submittals, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support during client/consultant inspections.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and site staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in high-end or large-scale developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, MEP coordination, and materials.
• Excellent project management and site coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
