Delta Construction is Hiring – Senior Site Engineer (Fine Finishing)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer specialized in fine finishing to join our team at Delta Construction . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishing works with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site activities related to fine finishing works (plastering, painting, flooring, woodworks, ceilings, etc.).
• Ensure the quality of finishing works meets company and client standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high finishing standards.
• Provide technical guidance and solve on-site issues effectively.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site policies.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in fine finishing supervision.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage on-site operations and supervise finishing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  
  
  

Work Conditions:

• Workdays: Saturday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
