Senior Site Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site.
• Interpret design drawings and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Review, negotiate, and manage construction contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, scope, and changes.
• Resolve claims and disputes while protecting the company’s interests.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Communicate progress and issues to senior management.
• Track inventory, delivery schedules, and usage on site.
• Coordinate logistics and material flow to avoid delays.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time on project site, may involve long hours and weekend work depending on project demands.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, physical site challenges, and working at height (when applicable).

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
