Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building construction, including experience in high-rise projects (minimum 6–7 floors). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing teams, and ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

· Ensure work progress as per project schedule and drawings.

· Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials efficiently.

· Maintain quality control and safety protocols on-site.

· Coordinate with architects, consultants, and the project management team.

· Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to management.

· Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer.

· Hands-on experience in building projects (minimum 6–7 floor structures).

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

· Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
