Reviewing Drawings and Specifications::

Scheduling and Timeline Management:

Supplier and Contractor Management::

Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure that all materials and services are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and contractors, ensuring best value for the company.

Oversee contractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

Tendering process and review BOQs

Ensure maintenance of materials library
Contract Administration:

Prepare and manage contracts for suppliers, subcontractors, and other third parties.
