Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, and documentation.
• Ensure implementation of safety procedures and quality control standards at site.
• Monitor resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to achieve project deadlines.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Verify work measurements and assist in preparation of bills/claims.
• Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with project and client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of site engineering experience in building construction projects (UAE experience).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
