Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Lead construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, materials, and workmanship.
• Conduct inspections for civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

3. Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Handle on-site queries with design/technical teams.
• Attend project meetings and prepare technical updates.

4. Project Management

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and delays and propose corrective actions.
• Support the Project Manager in documentation, reporting, and approvals.

5. Material Management

• Verify material quality, quantity, and timely availability.
• Coordinate with procurement for delivery and stock management.
• Maintain updated records of material consumption.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure site safety practices are followed.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and maintain safety documentation.
