Senior Site Engineer – Façade

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage façade installation activities across multiple project areas.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor site execution to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and installation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related challenges.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and support project planning.
• Mentor and guide junior site engineers and site supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6–9 years of experience in façade construction and site management.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and aluminum façade systems.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC façade project experience is highly preferred.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
